great location but needs quieter spaces

The lobby provided a spacious and beautifully decorated environment, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The front desk staff impressed me with their friendly demeanor and quick check-in process. I particularly loved the comfortable bed. Breakfast offerings were good with warm food choices, a great start to the day.

The corridors were a bit noisy , which affected the overall relaxation at times.

we had to cancel our pre-paid/unrefundable rooms due to hurricane Irene, it was without any problem that they retuned the full paid amount to my credicard

Hip new hotel in a wonderful area near to restaurants and friendly stuff and shopping center. Newly decorated and well-kept units with a sofa.

The room was nice and spacious, with plenty of space and clean amenities. I liked that it had laminate flooring. The shower was spacious too. The breakfast area stood out as well, with a great variety of food options. Definitely a solid stay overall!

Friendly rception and waiters

This hotel was well-appointed in every respect, had extremely friendly staff who provide outstanding service. We stayed in a queen room complete with king size bed. The location was COMFORTABLE and easy, close to restaurants and bars. There was a comfortable restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door.

After a long day, it was great to unwind in the relaxation room and fit in some time at the pool, even though it was a bit of a walk. Just a heads up, the coffee availability could be better, but overall, I left feeling refreshed 😊

Excellent food for breakfast at the bar.

Central location to Boston and Salem. Easy on and off from I-95. The staff was not the most knowledgeable about the area but they were friendly.

The staff could be a little more knowledgeable about the area. I asked for things to do and they were not sure. They did not even tell me they had a local attractions brochure rack located around the corner from where we stood. When we asked for a dining recommendation, they could not tell me a good restaurant. Finally, they gave me a full size bed when I booked a king. They made it right by giving us free breakfasts while we were there.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast offered warm food and a variety of options. The staff were great. My room was clean and well-equipped. The location was convenient for exploring nearby areas 😊

The lovely marsh pond behind the hotel is perfect for birdwatching. The location is super convenient with a shopping center nearby. Plus, it's just off the interstate. The staff made things easy for us, really going the extra mile.

The room was recently refurbished and a decent size with rattling AC, a full size bed plus user-friendly design, could leave my car on site. Location: the hotel was just next door to brand new shopping center and the outlets.

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice. Had the queen room and it was immaculately clean with 2 beds. The property had a central setting close to market st shops.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, made exploring the area easy. I found the decor to be somewhat dated and in need of a refresh to enhance the overall experience.
